Resend an Invitation to a Client

Use these steps to resend a client an invitation to use LumaTax.

You can invite your clients to LumaTax to input their own information via a nexus survey and upload transaction data and documents.

If your client cannot locate the email, you can resend the invitation. Follow the steps below.

Steps:

  1. From the Practice Summary, select your client from the drop-down menu in the upper-left.

  2. From the Client Dashboard, navigate to the Client Connect card.

  3. If your client has joined but has not accepted the invitation, click Resend Invite.

    Note: If your client has accepted the invitation but says they cannot access LumaTax, the client should reset their password. See [article]
  4. Verify your client's email address and make corrections if needed.

  5. Click Send Invite.

Tip: Encourage your client to check spam/ junk/ promotion folders if they still cannot locate the email. The invitation will come from support@lumatax.com.
