You can invite your clients to LumaTax to input their own information via a nexus survey and upload transaction data and documents.
If your client cannot locate the email, you can resend the invitation. Follow the steps below.
From the Practice Summary, select your client from the drop-down menu in the upper-left.
From the Client Dashboard, navigate to the Client Connect card.
If your client has joined but has not accepted the invitation, click Resend Invite.Note: If your client has accepted the invitation but says they cannot access LumaTax, the client should reset their password. See [article]
Verify your client's email address and make corrections if needed.
Click Send Invite.
