Troubleshooting email notifications

If notification emails from LumaTax aren't arriving to your email address, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your spam folder. 
  2. Check your email filters for lumatax.com emails
  3. Add @lumatax.com and @notifications.lumatax.com to your safe sender list. If you're unsure of how to do this, please contact your IT department to check whether these domains have been blocked by firewalls.
  4. Save no-reply@notifications.lumatax.com and support@lumatax.com as safe senders in your email contact list.
